Prevention & Longevity
Our Philosophy
Our prevention and longevity services far exceed the typical check-ups with limited wellness advice. We place a strong emphasis on lifestyle optimization to reduce the risk of disease and the need for medications.
Our testing provides advanced insights into your health far beyond the standard labs performed at a check-up or health fair. This is especially true for metabolic syndrome & cardiovascular disease—the most significant driver of many chronic illnesses and premature death.
We also believe that healthspan is more than the number of years or the absence of disease; it encompasses the overall quality of life. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of maintaining a high physical function well into “old” age.
Sadly, the “wellness” industry is full of quick fixes, magic supplements, hormone “optimization”, and silver bullets. We aren’t going to sell you any of that! We take a scientific approach to our screening tests, consultations, or topic-specific programs. These can help fine-tune your nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and supplement regimen—a personalized blueprint for a long and healthy life!
