Our skin care services cover a wide range of dermatologic issues, including worrisome moles, acne, and wrinkles. We provide consultations and procedures at a fraction of the cost found at dermatology practices. Additionally, we offer convenient management of some ongoing skin issues with discounts on prescription creams and medications.
We also offer a broad range of skin care to our primary care members at a discount if you are looking for more comprehensive care.

This clinic visit examine a one specific (1) skin lesion(s) of concern. These may include "moles," warts, bumps, skin tags, or “funny-looking spots” that are concerning or bothersome.
This is not intended to be a full body skin exam (screening) or evaluation of rashes or other skin conditions.

This clinic visit includes a full body skin exam for evaluation of multiple concerning lesions. These may include "moles," bumps, warts, skin tags, or “funny-looking spots” that are concerning or bothersome.

This service includes evaluation of a a new skin rash that is not associated with illness (fever, chills, sore throat, etc.). With history and exam, we can typically diagnose the rash and recommend treatment. In some cases, we may recommend a a biopsy (pathology) to assist in the diagnosis.

Visit with the provider to include history and exam related to assessing a nail (finger or toe) problem, such as ingrown nails, nail fungus, and discoloration. Treatment options will be discussed, including procedures.

Shave biopsy = + $80
Excisional biopsy = + $120
An initial visit and exam to diagnose the skin lesion(s) or rash are required. This service includes a procedure to remove a concerning skin lesion or evaluate a rash via shave or excision biopsy technique.
Sutures may be required; removal in 5-15 days included.
The biopsy specimen may be sent to pathology for confirmation of diagnosis and to exclude skin cancer. The pathology group will bill that fee separately.

If lesions confirmed as wart(s), they will be treated with cryotherapy (freezing) or cantharidin (a painless blistering agent)Treatment of additional warts = $10 each.

Procedure to remove one section of toenail causing an “ingrowing”, including removal of skin (matrix) that would regrow the nail.

Acne Care
We recognize managing acne or rosacea can be a real pain, whether it be experimenting with over-the-counter products or paying too much money for dermatology visits and prescription medications. Our acne care program offers top-notch medical care, including access to discounted medications and safer approaches to Accutane therapy.

Our new patient consultation includes a comprehensive history and examination with our provider at our clinic. Based on this information, we will recommend a personalized treatment plan that may include recommendations for medication(s)*.

ORAL MEDICATIONS: If oral medication(s) are prescribed, we require enrollment in our membership Rx program due to the ongoing need for monitoring. Your new patient consult fee will be applied to the membership program (first 3 months) if you enroll.
TOPICAL MEDICATIONS: Our membership Rx program provides discounts on these products compared to pharmacy pricing. However, if you do not enroll in our membership Rx program, we will provide only one Rx of topical medication(s) to a local pharmacy to last 90-120 days.
REFILLS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT FURTHER CONSULTATIONS OR BEING ENROLLED IN OUR MEMBERSHIP RX PROGRAM.

We can provide ongoing comprehensive care & medication(s) for your acne or rosacea. Our program includes unlimited in-person consultations & remote “virtual” check ins to make sure you remain clear. Additionally, our members get access to discounted Rx medications, spot injectable treatments, and lab work.
