How to avoid our emails going to your spam/junk

To ensure our emails get straight to your inbox, not spam or junk mail, please add @neucare.net & @atlasmd.mail email domains to your “SAFE SENDERS” OR “NEVER SPAM/JUNK” LIST

If you need help with this, the instructions below for some common email services should be helpful. If you're still unsure, your email service should have a “help” area.

  • Gmail

    • In the search bar at the top of the page, click the downward arrow for more options

    • In the “From” field, enter @neucare.net & @atlasmd.email

    • Click “Create filter with this search” at the bottom of this dropdown window

    • Choose “Never send it to Spam”

    • Click “Create filter”

  • Apple (Mac) Mail

    • From your inbox, open an email from us (@neucare.net or @atlasmail.md), the Sender. You may need to look in the junk folder.

    • In the “From” line, click on Sender’s name (us!) to bring up an options box.

    • Choose “Add to Contacts” from the dropdown menu.

  • Outlook (Windows Live Hotmail)

    • Log in and click the “Settings” icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Choose “More Mail Settings” option.

    • Under the “Preventing junk email” section, click “Domain to mark as safe”.

    • Click “Safe senders”.

    • In the “Sender or domain to mark as safe” field, enter @neucare.net & @atlasmd.email and click “Add to list”

  • Yahoo

    • Log in and click the “Settings” icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click “Settings”.

    • Under “Filters” section, click “Add”.

    • In the “Sender” field, enter @neucare.net & @atlasmd.email under “Then deliver the email to the following folder” field, choose “Inbox” and click “Save”.

  • Other Email Services

    • Click “Options”

    • Click “Safe senders”

    • Add @neucare.net & @atlasmd.email to the safe senders list and click “Confirm”.
