Non-Member Services

For people not on our membership-based primary care program, we offer some services for an transparent fee.

We do not contract with any insurance plans, but FSA/HSA cards can be used & receipt provided.

PROCEDURES: The price includes a consultation (history and physical exam) to make sure the procedure will be helpful and safe. If it is determined you cannot get the procedure, only a $100 consultation fee will be charged.
